Divya Pal ( MBBS MD Psychiatry) has done her post graduation in Psychiatry from Dr DYPatil University Mumbai with a work experience of 10 years . She is a consulting Psychiatrist with the Department of Mental Health and Behavioral Science Fortis in Kolkata . Dr Pal has been conducting various workshops at schools in Kolkata for students , teachers and even parents . She has been actively involved in spreading awareness about the importance of Mental Health among the corporates and other institutions as well.
Many strategies have been shared to deal with the exam stress. A gentle suggestion to conduct such a helpful workshop very well in advance, before board exams. Thank you

Very informative workshop. How to manage time. Instead of giving homework daily assign a packet of homework and let them decide when they have to complete the work. Develop a positive teachers student relationship and create an environment in which students come to you with trust and Faith, for your support and guidance.
